I bought this simulator in hope to get some really nice firefighting experience. I have played a lot of old firefighting simulators and EmergeNYC. Some things that I have missed in previous firefighting simulator are realism, graphics and content.
When I play a simulator, I wan't the full experience.

After buying this simulator, I can tell that I'm not satisfied. The city graphics are amazing, outstanding. However, I think that the firetrucks need some more work. Right now, they look like toys. Very shining and very "plastic". I would like the developers to add more trucks. Which leads me into my next complain, the sirens. I can't stop being disappointed about the siren and the horn. FIX THIS for gods sake. The horn needs more power and right now it sounds so artificially made. The sirens need to be redone. In this matter, many other firefighting simulators have done a greater job.

One other big complain I have, it that there are no free roam. You basically go to missions and when the fire is out you're done. Let us freely drive the trucks around the city and walk around. This destroys the simulation experience. Also, the fact that the mission is force exited are really bad. I want to be able to vent the houses and put all equipment back into the truck. Truck work are a huge part of a firefighters job, but the developers seems to forgot about it completely. More callouts need to be added to, like vehicle incidents etc.

Lastly, the equipment in the truck. The trucks are poorly equipped with tools. In EmergeNYC for example, you have a wide range to tools in the trucks. In this simulator, you have one type of saw, haligan, axe, attack line and supply line.

No update since the release. The developers don't give a sh*t tbh about the players reviews...

Overall, my experience are pretty bad. In my opinion, simulation are more important than extraordinary graphics. If you just want to drive and put out fires without doing much work, then this game is for you. However, if you are like me and want the full simulation experience. I recommend checking out EmergeNYC or similar, even if the graphics there are not as good as this simulator.

UPDATE OCTOBER 2022: Still no major update, the developer's seem to still not give a sh*t. Look for alternative firefighter simulators, like into the flames.

Okay, so where do I start...

This game has been out for quite some time now and is actually the most realistic firefighter simulator out here today. The callouts are relatistic and the vehicles are also realtistic looking and have realistic features. (The airhorn on the firetrucks are awesome).

I must also say that Im really dissapointed about the new hazmat update. Is one "half finished" feature that probably not gonna be 100% done. For example once you equip the hazmat suit you cant change back to normal clothing. You have to respawn again from any vechicle

However, unforternatly there are some thing that make me not recommend this game to others who are planning to buy it.
First, the world graphics are the poorest and worst optimized I ever seen. Im running on 5700TX and a 3.3 Ghz Processor with 16 GB RAM. I can easily get over 60 FPS with heighest graphics in GTAV etc without no problem, even when streaming. But with EmergeNYC I can only get around 21 FPS with LAG. The exterior graphics also looking like Roblox on LOW GRAPHICS SETTINGS. I mean, it's veeery bad.
Second thing is the first person and third person view, like common. How can that no be fixed.
I don't understand how this game also could be in Early Access after next to 4 years of development. The developers keep realising new maps, features but they don't fix the core bugs and problems that been around in this game for years.
That the developer not doing anything about the core problems is something I think is very poor and not fair for all of us who actually bought it.

NOTE: Since the last update the game has become next to un playable. The lag is unbelivable and it random crashes. It worked better before those updates.


EDIT: Buggy and next to unplayable

In the state the game is today, Im NOT recommending it for those of you who plan to buy it. It's not worth the price at all and its unplayable.
(Im gonna update this review if the developers make something to solve those issues I adressed in this review).

Still not optimized, and since the mission system is gone it's not funny to play single player.

So, the game itself is actually pretty realistic. I love the simulator itselfs. But, the only con with this is that the graphics are not the best. I can really see improvements in the "nature" graphics.
Improve the graphics on the enviornment, vehicles and NPC's and this is top 3 of all simulators I played.

A ball bought from Wish is better than this game. Second day playing it the camera freezes in the ground and I cant do anything except start all over again. Srly, this game is ♥♥♥♥. the thridperson view camera is ass and you can drive the car or walk with the character. FIX THIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥ GAME!!

Best Hitman and one of the best game I ever have played!

Oh my god! Srly Ubisoft??!? This is your failed game.
The game need to be played in windowed mode and lower the 1920x1080. Im shocked.
I have refunded this.
