This game is just...amazing. It's quite literally one of the best games I have ever played.

Easy 10/10

Pros:
- Amazing graphics and art style
- Beautiful zones and good level design
- The lore is really great and has that FromSoftware mystery to it
- All *unique bosses are easily my favorite in the Souls games right now
- Tons of items opening to lots of different builds
- Boss weapons are some of my favorite in the series
- ASHES OF WAR. ENOUGH SAID.
- NPC's are all really cool, I love almost every one of them.
- The evil NPC's just feel really, really evil

Cons:
- Had dodgy and somewhat bad performance at some areas of the game
- Frame rate is inconsistent and drops a lot
- Game will crash randomly (sometimes at the worst spots)
- *Lots of bosses are reused. You can fight a boss say, 5 hours in, and then see the exact same boss 30 hours later in a completely different zone

Not really a con but:
- Late game bosses can feel cheesy and unfair. It can get frustrating, but they are not unbeatable. I still LOVED the fights and enjoyed every second, even with the cheese and unfair feeling. Don't let that point take too much away from the game.

The game is amazing. It's, in my opinion, the best fantasy/sword-play game you can buy for VR. The graphics are nice, the "feel" is nice, and the weapons are all very good and feels nice to swing in VR. You HAVE to swing with some force as well, or else your weapon will just kinda smack the enemy dealing no damage.

Armored enemies make getting cornered a bit tough, as you need to apply the flame spell to your weapon.

The mages spice things up with fireballs either smacking you in the face, or quickly whizzing past you

Cool stuff, and can't wait for more spells to be added or improved. Gravity is probably my favorite, haha.

Oh, also mods. Mods mods mods. You wanna use a weapon from your favorite anime/movie/game series? 9 times outta 10 someones already modded it lol

The game is a lot of fun, and it's simple. Start a fight, beat the hell out of everyone, and come out on top. Sounds simple, right? Well, it's not. You get swarmed, weapons break after a few swings, and you have to conserve your powers (berserker, shockwave, etc.) in order to take on the horde of pissed off disco dancers or bikers trying to have a drink. It's gory, has replayability, and there are custom maps!

The only bad thing I hear is that the devs are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but I can't confirm or deny that because I have no experience with that myself. I guess just don't go on their discord?

It needs some polishing, but that can be said about any EA game. The game is fun. It's got Fortnite's graphics with the gunplay style of PUBG, and the funny "extreme gameshow" attitude like The Culling.

The graphics are really colorful, and I dig the 80's outrun colors it has going on. However, the optimization is bad. On lowest settings I get about a constant 40-55 fps. I can run Fortnite completely maxed out at 60 fps. Again, this is to be expected from an EA title. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. If so, I might play this more.

The game works where you can run around and find guns, and you can also find cash lying around. You use this to buy ammo, armor, and better guns from vending machines. This is cool too, but I wish that guns were easier to find in buildings. Also, ammo needs to spawn more. Currently if you find a gun, you're most likely going to run around with an empty clip for a minute or two.

The game is also a bit too easy. In my second game I spawned in, got two guns and some bandages, and just ran around. I found some cash, and I spent it on armor and a blue Assault Rifle. I didn't encounter a single soul until the end of the game, where I just popped the dude because he didn't see me. I suck at BR games, and I won on my second game. Hmm..

The game is a solid 6/10, it just needs a lot more polishing and optimization.

I was gifted this game by a friend a few years ago. Boy I wish that dude would have saved his money. This game is absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage. The optimization is terrible. These devs care more about adding in new content that doesn't need to be added rather than optimizing their ♥♥♥♥ game. Even on lowest ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ settings this game still runs awful. I would say that the game itself isn't THAT bad, but oh boy it is. If it's not some person killing you, it's a random level 30+ dinosaur or bug that spawns RIGHT where you start out. Oh, spawn in a new place? Better believe some random dino is going to run out of that forest JUST to face♥♥♥♥ you one more time.

Charging full price for this game and selling DLC for it should be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crime. ♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, and ♥♥♥♥ this company. Buy Rust or something.

Also, change the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ system requirements! I see the minimum (which would run in like 25 fps with EVERYTHING maxed down to the lowest point), but there is no recommended. Guess you guys don't want to show everyone you need a 1080 and an i7-8700 to actually play this game, huh?

For understanding, when I was first given this game I had a GTX 660 and a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ CPU. I recently, over the few years I've had this game, upgraded my computer. It's not a monster, but it's a decent build. (1050ti, 16gb of RAM, i7-7700) ARK is the ONLY game I can't run.
