Whilst I would recommend HOI4 to any fan of strategy games or history in general it has a few significant flaws: DLC is a huge issue in every paradox game with them locking out huge expansions which significantly increase the depth of a game behind a pay wall of $10-$20 this makes the developers seem less trustworthy to the community. Paradox can carry on scamming us for soundtracks as long as they leave the mods that give us the enjoyment they are too lazy to deliver. 9.2/10
