In case anyone else is wondering what happened to fixer and checks his profile, I got this email from his brother.

"Hi Mike,

Thank you so much for reaching out to me.

I lost my little brother Nic on the morning of January 9th, 2020. I am so sorry to tell you this, this way. I wanted so much to reach out to Nic’s friends but I didn’t know how. I would be more than happy to speak to any of Nic’s friends to provide any support. Nic was and is loved and missed incredibly.

I am sorry for your loss.
