Perfect amount of time played to post a Review.

+ Amazing Graphics and runs well considering how good the game looks.
+ Animations and Blending are super smooth, nothing jittery.
+ Good game to log in, play for couple of hours and log off.
+ Grindy but rewarding when everything comes together
+ Everyone looks GOOD in the game, men and women!
+ Devs are CONSTANTLY improving the game, fixing and adding stuff ( You can tell they care)
+ A lot of seasonal events and reasons to log in.

- Can be very grindy at first when you're new.
- Will offend ugly people!
- Content can take time roll out.

Old, janky, short, linear, cheap but good overall.

Little refresher and Update on my previous review

After a decent amount of hours I've realized:

- Game becomes WAY too easy when you get into Battahl. Once you get the gear from new vendors, it's over. Not to mention the absolutely broken Magic Archer class. The only way to make it interesting is with mods, by increasing enemy hp.

- I enjoyed overall aesthetic, presentation, level design and visuals as a whole. Looks bit outdated but comes together pretty well as entire picture.

As of writing this, DLSS still looks awful, washed out and blurry. Runs like absolute dog-water even with a 4090 +FG.

- Audio, Music, Combat SFX and Voice acting are good. Nothing to complain about.

- Great combat, since it's basically re-skinned fantasy MH with and it's a GOOD thing!

- Pawn System is ABSOLUTELY excellent and unique feature that makes DD2 stand out among other RPGs.

- Overall narrative, story and dialogue are BORING but has some decent quests and creative puzzles.

Realistically, 2/3 into the games excitement will fizzle out and it becomes repetitive and easy.

Personally, get it on sale if you're not sure. With a discount this will be worth it if you're on the fence.

It's been a while since I played a game from start to finish and just enjoyed it

Not going to tell you how and why this remake is good, there are millions reviews of on youtube, go watch that.

Recommending playing RE2/3 remakes before buying this. I think you'll enjoy RE4 even more after playing previous games.

Separate Ways is a must buy DLC if you finished and liked the remake. It's very clear that it was written alongside the main story during the development. Ada's point-of-view and perspective interweaves perfectly with Leon's main plot narrative, quite literally.

I can't believe it's only 10$ for how much you'll get out this DLC.

Atmosphere and Setting in this game are still unmatched still to this day.

I simply can't find anything to fill this very unique void that SW left.

A modern day Lovecraftian, Secret Society, Horror, Conspiracy filled Magical world.

This game will always feel special, hopefully I'll get to play something similar before I die.

Remnant 1 but everything more and is one of the best games to play in coop.
An INSANE amount love and care went into making this game, and it shows!

Combat is simple and fluid but don't let it fool you into thinking it will be easy.
It's a soul-like with guns so you'll still need to learn bosses and their patterns.

Plenty of gun build variations to test out for whatever playstyle of pew pew you like.
Re-playability is super well done, you'll play each individual campaign multiple times to get different loot/encounters and stories/paths.
Visually, it's gorgeous and builds on the same artstyle that Gunfire Games are know for.

Audio design is simply superb! From guns, bows, lasers, xbows...Everything sounds EXACTLY how you'd imagine!
Ambient atmospheric noises and winds fit to the feeling of each biomes themes perfectly.

Speaking of biomes .. Remnant 2 devs went with a very subtle but intuitive way of story telling. You as a player will connect the dots/put the puzzle together via text, conversations with npcs and your own observations.

Each Biome consists of three "parts", that you'll need to complete separately to learn and understand the bigger picture/story of that world and what happened to it. (I really like how it's done)

One of the best games that came out in 2023.
I play coop games for a living and I STRONGLY recommend Remnant II.

Game finally runs well, props to the devs to actually fixing the framerate issues.
If you like souls game this one is a must.

Great gameplay and much more dynamic/fluid combat and faster than most of soul games.

I really liked the sheer variety of weapons, magics, combos and fighting styles in Lotf.

Stunning visuals.

The game environment are pure joy to look at! No really, sometimes I just stop and stare into the distance.

Level design is very complex as it is a tradition in "most" souls games, paired with REALLY great environment art, with an astonishing level of detail! (I see the effort environment ppl put into this game, I see you!)

Partical effects from UE5 are just so smooth and cool to look at.

Textures are High-res and are CRISP af, even when upscaled with minimum sharpness.

Light and shadows are of the highest quality! And if you have the juice, RT will add an extra layer of "volume" to the room.

Everything in this game "sounds as it supposed to" and "background" music is very fitting.

Initially, performance issues really mudded my enjoyment but now... It's runs respectfully well and I can't wait for Frame Gen.
