One of the most eye-catching games is Left 4 Dead, released exclusively for Xbox 360 and PC in 2008. Alongside Dead Rising, also just for the Microsoft console, the game brought a new look to the concept of infestation. The fear and the dark climate come and enter the mood and the exaggeration.

Valve, responsible for Left 4 Dead, certainly proved its creative ability, generating one of the most well-accepted FPS of last year. The players also did not resist the intense pace and incredible possibility of playing on the side of the zombies, something very welcome.

Even before the game reaches its end of a year, Valve bombards the players with the sequel to the title: Left 4 Dead 2. A bold decision that prompted many players to protest against the alleged lack of consumer attention. Some gamers even staged a boycott against the game.


But, will it be that Left 4 Dead 2 is just a nickel fighter? Or does the game really bring interesting news to people who liked the first one? The answer you give in our analysis.

Even with little production time, it is possible to say that Valve was able to add several new features to Left 4 Dead 2, making it an even better game than the first. The big question is whether it really was necessary to launch a new title to join these new features to the franchise instead of making them available as DLC.

Left 4 Dead 2, wanting or not, is another game. Yes, there are many similarities to the first version, but the game, as it stands, could not be simply embedded in Left 4 Dead. In the game, you will meet four new survivors: Coach, Ellis, Nick and Rochelle. Again, the main goal is to escape the pandemic of the first game. To do so, you will need to go through several different locations - this time based in the southern United States - by which you can check out a wide variety of environments.

Unlike the first version, Left 4 Dead 2 has a lot to offer when it comes to Campaign mode. There is an incredible diversity, with distinct goals that go beyond the famous formula in which the player has to go from point A to B. You will have to accomplish some goals this time, releasing prisoners and more. Something that contributes to the fun without spoiling the intense pace of the game.

All in all, there are five amazingly designed maps in the Campaign. You will pass through swamps, suburbs and even through an abandoned macabre amusement park. The cool thing is that the campaigns are interconnected, bringing a more convincing coherence in relation to the first game. In short, you will have a solid and fun campaign.
