-boring(new players are left to themselves),
-pay2win,
-a lot of mindless grind,
-dungeons are soso,
-party finder is empty(at least for the new players) so you can't find a party for dungeons.
-skills system is trash

good game. Maybe not exactly what people have expected that's why so many negative reviews. I just wish the script writers had a bit more intelligence because it's a bit black&whitish.
