Good time sliding, map is diverse for people with all different driving styles

This is fantastic, as of right now there isn't much content but from what I've seen this game is looking good. It also looks like the devs will be supporting this game which is great. The potential this game has is crazy high, and at this price (in early access) it might just be a steal. There is a market for a skating game and I hope the devs really work the make this amazing.

Future content I would like to see:
Multiplayer: I would love to be able to skate with friends or randoms online, the game has hilarious ragdoll physics and I hope its not adjusted or fixed. It would be hilarious seeing other players falling in funny ways.

Customisation: Create your own character (male or female). Various types of clothing, shoes, hats and accessories. Customise your board, griptape, wheels and trucks. I hope this game avoids microtransactions considering players did purchase the game, so we shouldn't have to pay for cosmetics.

Walking: I feel like it would be easier to walk in certain situations rather than being stuck to skating everywhere.

Camera: The camera is stuck in one direction, and you can't look around you can only see to the left and the right of the character. A few times I've been stuck facing a wall and had to reset, but it would be easier to just turn the camera.

Maps: More maps and bigger maps or open world. I would love if this was open world and being able to skate or fast travel to different street or park locations. However, if the game is not open world I have no problem with that, as long as there are various street and park, indoor and outdoor spots with a good size. Seeing as the game is set in LA, I'm excited to see various spots from the area.

Brands: I would love to see real skate brands featured in the game. These skate brands could be losing out on being featured in an amazing game. Having their products in this game would be so awesome, and I hope they pull the trigger on partnering with the devs to include their products.

In conclusion, I have high hopes for this game, the sky is the limit. Reading what the devs have said, it seems like they have big plans too. If the do things right, they may set themselves up in the top spot in a market with no other competitors.

Summary: I like this game, ive been waiting for an arcade racer like this for a really long time. If thats what your looking for that is what youll get.

Pros:
Story mode: story mode is your main way of progression in this game, it gives you time to hone in and practice your skills before going out into multiplayer.

Multiplayer: it has a working multiplayer with up to 4 players and all maps are available. You can pIay with your friends and invite them into a lobby. You can also race randoms and earn stars, theres a feature where u can race other players to earn more stars, so like betting essentially. I suggest staying away from multiplayer till around A rank, you wont be able to compete with a lot of the players out here.

Drifting/Powersliding: I love drifting, yes its cheesy in this game but I love going around corners sideways and linking them through long sections. Throwing out manji to manji, it feels so good. It isnt hard to perform either a little practice and youll be money.

Controller Support: I have controller support for my Xbox One controller so I'm happy with that, I can't speak for anyone that doesnt have one.

Multiple saves: this game allows a lot of saves so you can drive every single car if you wanted.

Customizable builds: You can make a drift, balanced or grip build by adjusting your points which is really cool.

Cons:
World design: although its pretty good I feel like there could be a lot more added. Theres only 4 regions to race in and each has like 7 routes to drive. But a lot of them kinda cover the same area so its more like 5 and half. Yes I like the idea that its based in both Japan and China, I feel like the mountainous regions of Japan and China could really add to the appeal of this game. Driving on the highway and hitting highspeed is fun but its not nearly as thrilling and challenging like doing a technical downhill run, adding this in kinda sets a skills gap. Its not something that will cater to all players nor will all players be good at it, the highways though are real easy and the kid that just got the game yesterday could hop on and beat your ass. NPC cars suck as well because a lot of them are gray you can't see them that well, they camo real well.

Customzation: Doesn't exist, false advertising. As you level up, your car gets customised automatically whether you like it or not. If you don't want that carbon roof well too bad your getting it kid. I would like to see real customization where I can change the colour, body kits, spoilers etc.

Story mode: No clue what the story is even about or how "we" the player even relates to the story, I kinda feel like the player is there but is not talked about. You aren't even playing as the protagonist, half the time your racing someone that isnt the protagonist or youre racing against the protagonist. So the story doesn't make sense at all.

Crash physics: The crash physics themselves are arcadey but thats not what im talking about, im talking about other vehicle crashes. Its kinda weird because either npc or another player (if your playing multiplayer) can really mess you up if they bump into you with enough force. Its pretty annoying especially when things are getting heated, you get bumped off your line and into a wall then into the back of a truck. Thats somthing I gotta gives props to WMMT because other players or npcs hitting you doesnt affect you that much. It actually screws over the person that bumped into you not giving them an advantage.

Final thoughts: As I said in the summary its an arcade racer that I've been looking for, for a long time, there are a lot of things it lacks. But the thing I care about the most is being able to play arcade style racers in the comfort of my home with friends. If this is what you truly want then this game is for you. If you want more then you might have to wait for another arcade racer. I would love if the features I suggested were added to the game, it would be amazing and I hope they continue to update and support this game, hopefully for free because I feel like some of the stuff is basic things that should have already been in the game. They have a base here right now, but they can make it into a gem. For the price of this game I would its worth it, I feel like you are getting what you paid for.
