Very well designed game! Against the Storm brings many unique ideas to the table, that I have never seen before.
A very enjoyable twist on a "classical" City/Town Builder Game. It features some surivival Elements, a quite rewarding meta progression system and overall very fun gameplay.

It is more of an relaxed game. I enjoy listening to podcasts or videos on my second monitor when playing, but I find myself pausing the videos quite often to really focus on the game.
Genuinely a great game, that exceeded my expectations by far. Worth every penny and honestly very excited how the game develops!

At first I really liked this game, however the last update just turned this game around 180 degrees.
It made the game way too fast and way to much dependent on luck. Before this update you had a mix of different "alliances" you could play, so different strategies where possible. Especially as the game got into the late game. Now with this update, you just can't do that. You are forced to choose between 2-3 Strategies and hope that you get the right pieces. No diversity, way too much luck involved and just unfun. It's a shame.
