I'm late to the party with this XCom 2 review.
I first played it when it came out nearly a decade ago and loved it, but I never managed to finish a campaign until today.
(That might say more about my stubbornness—or lack of strategic chops—than it does about the game.)

Recently, I decided to dive back in, this time taking a slower, more deliberate approach on the strategic layer—the geoscape—and it paid off big time.
Maxing out my troops’ tech felt rewarding and gave me the edge I needed.

XCom 2 is a finely tuned masterpiece, nailing the mix of strategy and tactics.
It’s downright addictive!

SCP: Secret Files is a fantastic addition to the 'walking simulator' genre, featuring a collection of 'files' that each deliver a short, unique story about an entity from the community-driven SCP project.

Every file shines with its own distinct narrative and gameplay, making the game an excellent entry point into the SCP universe for both veterans and newcomers alike.

With about four hours of content, it’s worth weighing the length when deciding to purchase.

I wholeheartedly recommend this title at its asking price of around €10 (or your regional equivalent).

While probably my least favorite Yakuza game so far, it's still an important step in the journey of Kiryu and the Tojo Clan.

Enjoyable puzzle game, a bit on the the easy side.
Nonetheless a relaxing way to spend an evening.

(Copy of my BO6 Review)
At this point, I've beaten the campaign, achieved the first multiplayer prestige and finished the main quest in one of the two zombie maps.

I can comfortably say that this is the best Call of Duty has been, as a full package since probably the original Black Ops.

The campaign is easily the best of the series. Zombies sees a return to form of wave-based survival, which was sorely missed after the disappointing attempt at an open-world experience in MW3.

The loadout system in PVP-multiplayer has been greatly overhauled, and gunplay is slower overall but feels much better.

My only real gripe with Black Ops 6 is the map selection in multiplayer, which currently contains way too many small-size maps, that don't allow for full exploration of the new loadout-toys, but s far this has not been enough to ruin the experience for me, though I hope to see larger maps being released as part of the post-launch content.

Definitely worth your time, if you have any interest in the COD franchise.

Great remake of a 2008 classic.

Overall a great game for new and old fans alike.

Do be aware that the game suffers from frequent stuttering on pretty much and system, and that a fast CPU and storage is very much recommended for a smoother experience.

More RE4. If you liked enjoyed the base game, you'll like this DLC.

Roughly 4 hours of content, which is a bargain at this price point.

Decent comedy FPS is in an age where single-player FPS campaigns are becoming somewhat rare.

Neither the story, nor the gameplay is particularly amazing, but on a sale, it's a decent way to spend 10 hours.

A great tactical card battler. That somewhat manages to merge in the social-sim aspects of the Persona games. All while successfully managing to craft an engaging narrative.
