When it comes to fighting games, I'm primarily interested in the online feature set. As such, I won't actually be able to speak to Street Fighter 6's offline and/or single player content. However, when it comes to Street Fighter 6's multiplayer, I really like it.

The 3 major things that make SF6 such a hit for me are the diverse cast, robust training mode features, and online.

The game launched with around 20 different characters, and almost all of them feel entirely unique. They have their own mechanics, and personality which keeps SF6 feeling fresh even during longer play sessions. I also like how this provides players with a lot more options in how they actually approach the game. You could be a total combo fiend by playing someone like Ken or Juri, but if you're less interested in that then there are characters like Manon, Marissa, and Zangief who are a little bit easier to play around strike/throw offense. It's a nice balance.

There's also just a ton of features in the game as far as training mode goes. There's several videos on Youtube that cover the full breadth of what's available (ex. Rooflemonger's video), but I can say that I'm immensely pleased with what's on offer. I do wish there was in-game hitbox display, but that information is available in online wikis. Otherwise, ever feature I'd expect, and many I hadn't even considered (like cancel window timing, or active frame display during replays) is present in Street Fighter 6. This makes figuring out those really weird interactions, or just how to deal with a certain character so much more accessible which I like a lot.

Finally, the online. It's really good. It's not Skullgirls good, but it's still perfectly playable with folks across the ocean which is a huge plus. The online lobbies are nice, and if you just want to queue up for ranked or casual that's also super simple. I feel like I shouldn't be giving a game credit for having good online, but that's still not the norm for this genre, so I'm glad that SF6 delivers a well put together experience on that front.

So yeah...game good. If you're looking for a new fighting game, or were ever curious about Street Fighter in the past, SF6 is a great place to start.
