Ppl ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on the game are mostly ppl with old ass PC that cant read recommended specs.
A big part of the complainers are also ppl who got hyped because they saw a streamer play and expected a fully finished product while it clearly state its an alpha.
Then theres those that expected a tarkov clone game with lots of pvp. This game stated many times that its focus is questing and the pvp its not in your face like tarkov.


The game is fun, the map is really huge, the potential is crazy, the devs are not hiding from any critics and are focusing on fixing major issues before adding anything, you can pay 40$ for an awesome PVE game instead of 250$.

the game is really.good, the mecanix are good, its like skyrim mixed with elden ring. the graphics are beautiful and the combat is fluid.

the review bombing is just stupid.

1st of all: you get plenty of rift crystals by killing monsters and playing that buying them is like wasting money.

2nd: you can edit your caracter how you want when you create it and less than 4-5 hours later you progressed enough that you can get the item to allow you to edit your character again. i fail to see the problem here.

3rd: as for performance, ppl expect to play this game on a PC they bought in 2004. admitedly the performance could be better but thats expected somewhat on launch and they already mentioned that they are looking into it.

i didnt see any pvp yet but regardless this is a very good game. you really feel like you are part of a world and that you can travel/explore all of it.

i bought this game in january 2013, the first early access game. was nice but got bored fast and we had nothing to do. fast forward to 2020: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game is good now.

vanila ( base game ) is actualy fun now. you can build base and craft stuff and really find ways to survive or die from food/thirst fast. theres also First person view only and hardcore servers to really bring the experience higher.

And we also have mods now so yeah this is a completly new and good game now. 8/10 would recommend to any survivalist.

you like strategy games and being able to use tactics to achieve those strategies ? this is the game for you, even more if you like ww2 history/era.

really good game. the pvp is not as good as mortal online but the everyday life aspect is really engaging, at least for me.

u can play free to play to try and see if its your style then buy a ticket for abella in the game shop for 12$ to go to the real island/map/server: godenland.
