I love Metal Gear but why do these companies keep releasing games that DON'T open at all?? This is a huge issue. Do these companies not test anything before release? I believe it's due to dual graphics cards. Konami has ignored any outcry as per usual.

Maybe I'll be able to play this eventually, but if you have a dual gpu laptop/pc, get ready to refund.

Edit: finally got it to work by going into nvidia control panel and switching back and forth between the gpus until it worked. Once it worked with nvidia, another with integrated, which makes zero sense. I should NOT have to do this. It's incredibly ironic that there's an achievement for starting the games, as it's probably a greater feat than actually finishing the game.

Early Access Review
As someone who wasn't really a fan of the original Temtem but liked the designs, this is a nice and addicting way to experience the world of Temtem. I think all that's missing is having random lobbies

If you think this is a game where you can relax and forget about the real world, go buy something else. The community is very strange, I would not recommend anyone under 18 to play this because they WILL get groomed. Everyone is just weird and roleplaying. Sure, you can play singleplayer... but what's the point? Just play Animal Crossing instead.

There is a massive hacking problem due to there (understandably) being no anticheat. I've heard that hackers can do the Black Ops 3 thing and hack into your private & solo games and ban you. Hard to blame the dev on this one but still.

Seems like a game to return to when the hype is dead and cheaters are gone. Come back in a year or two.

Despite everything... It's Chrono Cross! Incredibly memorable music, lovable artstyle, and the most PS1 JRPG story out there. And you also get to play the officially translated Radical Dreamers spin off.

I encountered zero bugs at all. No crashes, freezes, error popups, etc. Played with Windows 10. YMMV of course but that's what refunds are for.

Its hard not to compare this to undertale, it's directly inspired... but it's really good! Overall I really enjoyed it.
Gameplay is fun, you have the standard three routes. The pacing feels about right, though running around getting all the party members will add an hour or two. The writing is very goofy; the humor is very gen-z/discord humor, the jokes can be hit & miss.

One thing I have to criticize is the whole event system. Locking the player out of timed downloadable events is really lame, especially for player who didn't play at launch. It's a minor thing that doesn't affect the game as a whole though.

Core Keeper is like Terraria and Stardew Valley... but just the caves. Building is hardly a necessity, most of your time will be spent mining and fighting enemies, which can get a bit draining at times.
The world is just too big in my opinion; instead of coming across bosses naturally, you need to make a scanner to locate them on the map. But to find the materials for the scanners, you need to find rare resources on the ground, which means collecting thousands of blocks you will just trash and lots of other inventory junk.

You also have a level system which isn't THAT great. With combat skills, its not the damage you output or the enemy you kill that gains xp, its the amount of times you hit an enemy. So late into the game, in order to get max level, you need to build an enemy spawner and just whack things with weak items. The other skills are fine enough to level up. Oh, I forgot to mention Summoning is just useless, it really needs a buff.

But what really saves it is the addicting combat. Many weapon types to choose from and upgrade them to their fullest potential. Learning how to use shields and dash accessories make the combat rewarding to master.

Overall it's an addicting, calm, and rather short game compared to competitors, great to listen or watch videos with.

You hacks at Aspyr couldn't even get this one right. This game released in 2002 on a 3 inch Gamecube disc, and guess what, it ran and it ran well. 22 years later, you guys figured out how to make it run at 10 fps, made it so it crashes on launch if you're playing on a dual gpu laptop, and somehow multiplied the filesize by TEN TIMES. And of course no keybinding for a pc release.

Do you guys just not test games? Are you not right in the head? You know, I kinda feel sorry for Aspyr, I take pity on them really.
