The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is an open-world MMORPG set in the dark ages in a magic-filled universe. Skyrim has many features to offer and has very long gameplay to keep you engaged for hours on end.

Featuring a variety of areas to explore, many quests/sidequests to complete, and many items to find/craft is what makes Skyrim such a great game. There are many cities you can visit and explore; each city having different designs and looks makes it very diverse.

When you start playing you have the option of customizing your character. You can choose from a multitude of races ranging from a Nord (warrior type) to a Khajiit (sneaking type) and change the looks and builds of the character.

The price of the game is great and even better if on sale. I'd say this game is worth around 50 Canadian dollars.

I have to say the game looks amazing graphic-wise and considering it was released on 2011 makes this a well-made game. The game works quite smoothly even on lower-tier computers.

One of the most, if not the most, good thing about this game is the modding community. There are thousands of fan-made mods out there which improves your game in many different ways. Want the game to look vivid and realistic? Get a graphic mod. Tired of your weapon? Get a weapon mod (bows, swords, axes, etc.). Mods are also free and can be easily implemented into the game quickly.

Sounds are pretty good and the soundtrack is just pure godly.

Did I mention it's open world? I did? WELL, it just got better. There are a ton of guilds you can join ranging from the Thieves to the Dark Brotherhood (each with their own pro and con), there are many skills and spells to learn and improve, and there are many women you can marry in all of Skyrim.

Overall, this game is jam-packed of epic fights, tense moments, and tabbing.

It's free, short, and lighthearted.

What more could you want?

Counter Strike: Global Offensive, a victim of its popularity. Just like its map, Dust 2.

What can I say? It's filled with hackers, smurfs, griefers, annoying kids, and salty players. Valve sees the game as a business and runs it like one. They don't tend to listen (despite fanboys saying otherwise) to the players and put out cosmetics when they can be improving the state of the game. Counter Strike: Global Offensive definitely has the potential to be one of the greatest games out there, with very high replayability. However, its community is what draws the game back.

Counter Strike contains tons of fan-made content which ranges from maps to weapon-cosmetics. Almost everything in Counter Strike: Global Offensive has been built off of its players. Now, its infested with a plethora of toxicity. Yes, you may occasionally find a few gems in the playerbase, but it's getting harder each day.

In reality, it's all about perspective. You can see this game as a tool to create a career (esports) out of, and to compete with other teams with programs such as FaceIt or CEVO. You can also see it as a fun and casual game you play with your mates, laughing at the hackers/salty kids/whatever. Maybe even join in with the fun and be a hacker or griefer yourself!

Counter Strike: Global Offensive is a great game with tons of content both within the game and in the workshop. Really fun, especially with friends, and can be a way of casually competing. What I stress about though is Valve's business practices and the fanbase. But who am I to see how Valve should operate? After all, they've made millions off of this game and their gaming platform, Steam, has risen to the TOP of the charts.

TL;DR - Great game with tons of content. High replayability value and much funner with friends. Toxic community and greedy Valve is ruining it slowly, though. It will be the funnest game you've played, but you'll still hate it.

It's cheaper than a small bag of doritos.

It's basically a really hard survival game with amazing visuals and sounds/music. Really fun to play, especially the multiplayer game, 'Don't Starve Together'. Highly recommended, will keep you playing for hours.
