I get that they wanted to be cutesy with the EULA, but there's some really questionable stuff in there, and they don't respond to inquiries about it. If you want to literally forfeit all your rights, that's your choice, but I refunded. Recommend you do the same, if you value any of your rights.

Edit: After multiple months waiting for legal to reply, and a month of waiting for support to reply, ended up rebuying the game and am enjoying it. The evident overload and/or lack of interest from support and legal is concerning, though.

Not as long as some of the others, I was able to complete the campaign on Normal in about 8 hours, start to finish. That said, I played all the other Kingdom games, so I should have been playing on hard, according to the in-game instructions. No complaints, felt very well executed. If you've played/enjoyed any of the other Kingdom games, this is a welcome addition.

I want to like this. I want to soak in the story. I simply can't recommend it in the current state, though. With a 13900K and a 3090, I shouldn't be having these inconsistent and difficult frame rates. It's a nearly 150GB game. It eats my machine and performance is poor. I'll give it another shot later, but I refunded now, because I feel it's not in a reasonably playable condition.

Do you like running, and jumping, climbing things, and stabbing orcs, or turning them against the forces of Sauron? You do that. Ignore the occasional "edited" Orcs you can't kill from the internet, and it's pretty perfect. Just don't do anything that interacts with other players online or their forts/orcs, they're generally heavily "edited" and nigh impossible, regardless of levels.

A time sink, but not a terrible one. They recently added "seasons" and "battle passes". I think a step in a bad direction for a game that was already a bit P2W, but I guess time will tell.

Wow. I bought this because it was very cheap and looked like it might be funny. I don't hate NSFW games. When I fired it up, the "game" part was super-simple, usually a good thing, but the NSFW bits are tame, lame, and pretty gross. If you read the dialog, it's not even cheesy, it's badly written and deeply misogynistic. I applied for a refund, and if I don't get it, I'll explore the option in Steam to remove a game from your library without a refund. It's just really terrible on multiple levels.

Then again, if you're a violent misogynist who likes objectified "women" and scat porn mixed with your gameplay, maybe it's precisely your jam. Not for me, thanks.

It's like Civilization, but bite-sized. Everything is scaled down. -No real save/load system to speak of, but you can usually finish a game in one sitting, so doesn't matter.- Very well put together.

Edit: They added a save/load! Now do crossplay and cross-save!

Try the free demo/sample, if you enjoy it, there's tons more in the big access pass. I find it very calming and zen to disassemble and assemble these guns, skeletons, cars, etc.
