Honestly for the one time payment I absolutely love it and totally reccommend it, the only down side that Ive noticed is the blur tool ♥♥♥♥♥ up and uses so much CPU. I have a i7-8086k and if i let it reach 85% or more cpu usuage it crashes so when im blurring i have to constantly save.
It also reminds me of photoshop with the whole darkened UI

Besides the blur tool, bug?, glitch?, its really worth the $72 (CAD) pricetag. 8/10
