All the nice things about Out Of The Park Baseball are said and done, and the addition of tournaments and pro/rel pyramids on v18 only strengthens this.

The only bad thing is: que no está en español. But OOTP is a must-have for any ballfan.

Bought at the World Series sale, but it's worth the full price. Out of the Park Baseball features a sandbox baseball mode - fictional, historical, modern- all with the MLB blessing, OOTP 17 gives hours of endless fun. The only mistake is the lack of tournaments in the mold of the World Baseball Classic and support for other languages (eg. Spanish, Japanese). Perhaps the MLB license gives a full simming of the WBC in time for OOTP 18, but in spite of this, this is fully recommended for baseball lovers.

Each year Out of The Park Baseball stays batter. With the additions of the Japanese posting system and a league interaction nicer than last year, OOTP 15 is really promising. MLB replays, 2014 simulations of all the professional world (think Football Manager but made baseball) and fictional worlds are included in this true paramont of baseball simulations.

Overall score: 19/20

Awesome simulation, in fact for me is the best sports videogame in the market. Even the cancer-diagnosed Curt Schilling (former MLB pitcher) have played OOTP, and praised all their features, including:

- Ability for simming any Major League Baseball season from their modest beginnings until 2012.
- 2013 MLB season pack, including full minor league baseball.
- The chance of creating fictional baseball universes: craft your own Field of Dreams.
- The possibility of tweaking the economics at every gamemode, even play the game with fully amateur leagues.

My few criticisms is the lack of translations to another languages with baseball cultures (eg. Spanish, Japanese, Korean), plus the lack of a full national-team experience (echoing the World Baseball Classic). But I'm confident that OOTP Developments will address these lacks in the future.

A must-have for any sports fan, even for learning more about baseball.
