Currently loving this game a lot more than i thought it would

First off, the music gets you into it almost immediately. I've always believed that music can make or break an experience. For example, the music of The Last of Us is haunting. Whether it's the solo guitar that plays that makes it feel like you're alone in the world, or the heavy orchestral music during certain scenes. That music makes the game, because if the music was switched out for some heavy metal or pop punk, the game just wouldn't work at all

I don't know what to call the music of this game. Is it jazz? is it funk? Is some of it rock? definitely, but there's one overlaying theme. It all fits, seamlessly

I've not finished the game, but it's already one of my favorite games of all time. The world building, the characters, the dialogue, the story, the TWISTS. My god, this game has certain misdirections, certain twists in story that you wouldn't expect, and they end up blowing your mind

It's final fantasy in the sense of turn based combat, mixed with a japanese high school sim. And while there are certain japanese cultural things that are a bit iffy for westerners (Sexualization, jokes, etc), it's a great game

How disappointing. People find this fun?

The boring, non-intuitive movement and combat is enough to turn me off of this. The greatest story ever written will never save games like this. The weird idea that movement based off clicking somewhere or holding the mouse button is beyond terrible

The first two non-enemy main characters, some elf and some fighter chick, who are both unbearably aggressive without any charisma? No thanks

What a flop. Maybe some day people will realize these kinds of games aren't fun

No wonder this game was on sale. What a dumpster fire. Cops are excessively overpowered.

It took them two years to make this game

It took them two years to make quite possibly the most hysterically, laughably, terrible control scheme i've ever seen in a game, and there's no option to change it

It took them two years to make a game with plagued with performance issues

Are the graphics so good that the wrestlers look pretty good instead of like the claymation figures of the last few years? Sure. Are there a bunch of new things for once? Sure

Game is still pretty terrible. Don't waste your money on it. Boo 2k, boo. Maybe the next game can be developed in five years and be half way decent! doubt it though
