you're stuck at 3k cause you're 3k you, answered your own question. "back when the game launched it was better, i moved up an down ranks more freely" yes, this is because there is no data among players to give anyone /accurate/ ranks.

"now im just stuck at 3k with 100 wins!!!" yes, cause 3k is your rank, you have played 100 matches and in those 100 matches you have failed to win and or performed poorly enough the game doesn't give you xp,

this will never be fixed, as its not broken, and is how it always has been. there isn't anything wrong with the system.
