Borderlands 2 is looter shooter done right. Everything about it is just absolutely flawless. You play as a "Vault Hunter" and as the name suggest, you search for a vault which is intended to have alien loot and to settle a personal vendetta against the man who left you for dead. The game takes place on a planet called Pandora which is disputed over by bandits, mercenaries, robots, aliens and a few good men. After this is where the onslaught begins.

- Amazing loot system. The game gives you more and more appealing and cooler weapons and equipment as you progress through the worlds.
- The storyline. As mentioned before, a phenomenal storyline with sublime characters and writing.
-The combat. Also mentioned, the game features a very fluid combat system with freedom to pursue any approach.
-The Antagonist. Who goes by the name of "Handsome Jack" , is also partly why the game is so iconic.
-The lore. The game features plenty of lore even for the smallest detail like finding a tape in the middle of nowhere, killing a unique looking enemy which gives you instructions to a vault with loot etc....
-Side missions. What can I say? The most funniest and occasionally the most shocking moments in the game are found in the side missions. Definitely recommend you to finish them all.
-The environment. Well with 42 locations each with their own style and enemies and personality, I think this speaks for itself.


-Dull prologue. The game starts slow giving you boring weapons with heaps of enemies until later when everythings balanced.
- The Grind. The game does NOT hold your hand when it comes to leveling up even once until later in the game. This makes it more frustrating.
- Unable to use guns higher than your current level. If you kill an enemy who's level is higher than yours, you will not be able to use his equipment until you reach the same level as him which is a little dumb.
- Driving. The controls for driving is really hard until you get used to it.
- A few bugs. Enemies not dying, mission interaction not working, and several other side quest problems.


Even with the problems written above, the satisfactory setting of the game overall makes it one of the best experiences you will ever have. Truly a fun gem from start to finish. Buy this on sale with the handsome collection as it gives you all 3 games with all dlcs for cheap. Enjoy!

Look I'm not going to ♥♥♥♥ on this game like everyone else, the game is awesome and underrated. Yes it certainly does have it flaws but if it was worked on more (which unfortunately will never happen) the game would certainly rival other extraction shooters. Currently, The game is obviously dead and buried but the servers are still online so you can play with friends.

-Awesome gameplay
-Considerate stealth mechanics
-Option to go loud
-Spectacular cinematics
-Incredible sound design

-Lack of players
-Few repetitive mission design (example: saving MIA operator introduces a boring "shoot the orbs" design)
-Few missions overall
-Recycled pointless weekly "missions"
-Solo missions can be quite boring at times

Get the game but only if you are going to play with friends because matchmaking never works at all. That being said, if you love extraction shooters you will definitely love this game. Also get this only on sale for 6 dollars ;)

Ghostrunner 2 is the perfect follow-up of it's predecessor with much more to offer. I managed to beat this game in under 8 hours (excluding the simulation side missions)

-Fluid and fast paced combat
-Efficient Optimization even for lower gen cards
-More characters, dialogue and depth than in the previous game
-Awesome story with a superb plot
-Phenomenal OST
-Optional "simulation" missions to test your skills and earn rewards

-The movement feels less polished and slower than the previous game.
-Very few extremely tedious levels (example: some of the cybervoid levels)
-Effortless and undemanding boss fights (example: the final boss)
-Few repetitive puzzles along the way

If you enjoyed the first game then you will absolutely, without question enjoy this one as well. With all the pros listed above regardless of the cons, this game is an absolute gem worth buying. (you can get this for less than 20$ on sale).

Wolfenstein: The new Order takes place in the 1960's in an alternate timeline where the Nazis won WW2 and control almost the entire world. As an american war veteran who fought in WW2 yourself, you join a group of resistance fighters and do what you do best. Kick nazi ass. And settle a personal debt...

-Detailed Environment/levels
-Fluid Combat along with the option to go stealth
-Great Graphics
-Memorable Characters
-Awesome OST

-No manual saves only checkpoints which is a death sentence in higher difficulties
-Some repetitive missions (like retrieving certain items)
-Few instances of bad writing but nothing too detrimental
-Picking items up sometimes doesn't work so you would have to spam the button again
-"Plot armor" moments that ruin the immersion.

Personal Score - 9/10. Definitely worth the money (you can also get this game for 75% less during sale)

Awesome game but kinda short, took me less than 8 hours to finish

Its fun for about an hour until it starts getting quite repetitive. Your save files also get corrupted here and then. Another con is that there's absolutely zero guidance at all. No instructions or suggestions at all makes this game a pain in the ass while starting out and will take you around 3 hours just to get the hang of things. If you really have a knack for this style of survival go for it otherwise get The Forest or its sequel.

A criminally underrated gem! Phenomenal story, well written plot and memorable characters. The music was beautiful too. The one thing I truly love about this game is that at first you believe there are many plot holes and unrealistic aspects in the game given the circumstances but once you get towards the end you start to understand its all connected. Truly one of the best time travel games ever.
