Early Access Review
This is a very fun little indie RPG, the platform shooter mechanics is very cool and very easy to pick up. The old school vibe of it is making me feel nostalgic. The story is engaging and I'm curious to see how it will develop. The soundtrack and graphics are simple but fit the overall atmosphere quite well. I would recommend it!

This is a fun old-school MMORPG, reminds me of games I used to play ages ago and really enjoyed. It is definitely worth a try!

You can choose fighter, rogue or mage as classes, and build your character while you explore the towns and surrounding areas. Gameplay is simple, you learn new skills as you level up and collect money/items/scrolls from enemies. I've only played an hour so far, but could easily kill a few hours each day enjoying the character development. There are tons of quests and side quests, and cute character and mob designs.

You can choose the language options in the Game Launcher, important to note as I played in English.

The world building is cool, the story is interesting (but to be fair could be expanded more), the gameplay was fun and I really enjoyed upgrading my boat and fishing/dredging.

My favourite thing was probably the aberrations of the fish, they look very very cool and there was so much variation, it was always entertaining to see what would come up.

Style of gameplay is quite repetitive, things don't change too much, but it is entertaining enough that both me and my partner separately played it beginning to end, getting all achievements, without getting bored.

Would recommend.

The game is very cute in terms of the penguins, the graphics and music. It is a fun and simple base builder where you need to manage the needs of the penguins, while protecting yourself from global warming, seals and whales. Penguins can be adults and kids, with different needs and functions, which was a nice detail. There are many different resources to collect and manage, in addition to different kinds of buildings to create various resources. It was good that there was a time control function (the ability to speed up time) because sometimes you just need to wait to get science points or a particular resource etc. The demo has about an hour of content, but I would have enjoyed growing my settlement further if I could, I'll most likely check it out when the full game releases.

I've spent countless hours in HF1 and have been excited to get HF2 since the demo! This really is a very fun new version of the game, I love all the customization options and new details (for example with building, demolishing and wiring of electricals). It is ridiculously useful to copy and paste styles of items, and just find the relevant surface finish with that tool. There is an undo button in sandbox, which, finally.

My only complaint is that I REALLY WANT to see my completion percentage. You can get 3 stars without getting 100% and it's driving me insane. I do also miss the minimap that shows the location of things to do as I had 1 stain left in a room that I could not find for the life of me.

The number of items are not as many as HF1, but considering the ridiculous level of customization and how many items they added to HF1 for free over the years with patches/updates, I have no complaints.

I'm a long time fan of the series, this DLC was quite fun and added entertaining and expansive things to the game. I enjoyed it more than the first DLC (though I don't really dislike that one either) and I overall really enjoy the enhanced worldbuilding.

I quite like the devs too, they are so invested in their games and spend so much time actually listening to the users, so I would have bought this just to support them, even without the reviews or anything.

If you enjoy the base game, you will enjoy this DLC.

Came back to this gem after the news of GTA VI, I'm enjoying it today just as much as I did 20 years ago.

If you liked the first game, you will like this as well. It's fun, there are additions to the gameplay that I enjoy and new kinds of contracts/tasks that I find entertaining. I like that people can recognise our faces, so an additional layer to the thievery, and that there's a calendar so that people aren't just repeating the same routine every single day. The drone is also fun to use. There are other improvements as well, but these are the ones that I have immediately enjoyed. I would recommend the game.

This game has a great potential, and just from this gameplay alone I believe it is worth the wait.

You play as a witch with the ability to enter people's dreams to destroy their "torment" and help cure them. You have an arsenal of creatures that you can use (which you obtain yourself by a fusion/crafting mechanic) and you can strengthen them by items (that you craft) and by using EXP points. You can be pretty flexible with the way you use these points to train each fighter in a different style.

The graphics are simple but cool and the music in the background is nice to listen.

There is room for improvement, for example it took me a second to figure out that I need to click on the health bar of a creature to attack and not their actual body. Similar to that, you need to tap at their feet (not body) to move your fighters around on the pre-game setup. The click box is the issue with both of these things, it is a minor thing and doesn't take away from the enjoyment.

I like that there was a list of patients that I can choose from to cure, with each of them having a different "gimmick" in the form of pathologies. There was also a central storyline advancing as I kept curing them, which felt interesting. It does feel a little up in the air, but not in a way that keeps you completely out of it. I would have preferred some more background information and a more robust tutorial. The current tutorial isn't too bad though and will get you playing.

Overall, the game has potential and I look forward to how it will improve by the time it's released.

Oh and this is a free version, so go give it a shot - I played for about 1.5 hours and had a good time, I will probably keep poking around for a little longer.
