Let's keep it and real.

Pros: The (vanilla) weapons are pretty good and realistic (for a 2008 game)
Large, intense map
AMAZING fire system
The effects are advanced for it's time
Cool healing system
The AI for the enemies isn't bad
With the DLC the weapons are great

Cons: The amount of guns is kinda lacking considering it's such a large game
The map takes forever to travel across
The machete is quite awfully animated in some moments
It was heavily advertised for having 'no more invisible walls' but instead of invisible walls it just has a point that if you pass by it you get killed by some unreasonable force.
The money system is fairly tough to deal with (it's rather scarce and it isn't exactly a con, just annoying at times)
The health re-gen system is very cool and all but it's repetitive, you end up healing the exact same thing over and over
Stealth is a joke here. Why even bother sneaking?

I loved this game, it did not ruin the reputation of Call of Juarez futher as it was expected to do. Call of Juarez The Cartel sucked pretty bad and I did not really like it. However I do love this one due to it's smooth gameplay, storyline, and combat mech.

OK-OK-OK, I know everyone hates the game for "being laggy", and "too buggy to play" but I honesty like the game, a lot. When Activision gets it's ♥♥♥♥ together it could possibly beat BF4 in more ways than just SP. Wait it out guys... like seriously, remember MW2? That game was buggy and laggy and glitchy AS HELL early on. Now it's the best CoD around. So Summary
