Over 20 years old and its still a classic, def reminds you of a simpler time

I absolutely love this game. It still sticks to the main story/plot of the original game, but also has enough difference that makes it feel like an entirely new game. THQ Nordic really out did themselves!

A simple fun and destructive game, can't wait to see what the final result will be!

I loved this game, while it did have its rocky start, it eventually became really fun with a great modding community that continually gave it life. The fact that Take Two is trying to kill the modding community in order to force people to play GTA Online, which is full of bugs, hackers and nearly impossible to play without buying game sharks (microtranactions) shows how little they care about the gaming community and only cares about making money.

Until Take Two decides to remove its cease and desist against the makers of OpenIV, I ask you stop playing GTA V and ask steam for a refund, hopefully they'll listen to our wallets if they won't listen to our voices.

While this is a step up from other strategy games like Civilization, you'll quickly get the hang of it and will want to keep playing until you pass out. No matter which country you decide to play as, you'll always have fun, wether it be conquest of your continent, defending yourselves from world powers, or set up colonies else where to increase your wealth. I reccomend playing with the Extended Timeline mod, as it allows you to play even beyond 1821, or if you want to play a certain nation from a certain time period.

It is very great for when you're away from the PC and want to game on the couch. They're not kidding when they say you need a wired network connection
