How have I already played 17 hours of this. Felt like maybe 2-3

Used to be a great game. Fun and all. Now it's a grindfest with an economy that is literally just not working for anyone but beginners that play low tier. They started pumping out events that take up an entire work week, which not even always reward vehicles. Worst of all is if you don't get the vehicle by wasting a week of your life in a timeframe that you can't change, you can either buy it for usually $70 or not have something from your favorite nation's tech tree, which is usually overpowered and thus drives people to buy it on the Gaijin market. Now to the even worse part. Events are one thing, but a battle pass every few weeks that you have to do to an ungodly tier to get a vehicle which will (you guessed it) never come back unless you grind it, drove me away from the game. Two weeks later, the devs reverted the economy and this dumpster fire of a studio is finally getting the flak they deserve. Then when the community is fed up and talking to Gaijin (the devs) doesn't work, War Thunder (deservingly so) gets review bombed. High tier (the cool modern planes and tanks) will not be achievable for new players, and even when you do get to it, it's a sweatlords' cluster♥♥♥♥ and basically unplayable. I enjoyed this game, but with events that I cannot waste a week of my life, about four hours per day for about ten days, to get one of either ground or air vehicles (so double if you want air and ground vehicles, plus you have to get a certain amount of points every day per kind of vehicle, so no slacking for you) with the battle pass taking even longer cause you only get points there if you complete badly designed missions. Ive spent thousands on this game, cause I enjoyed it but apparently the devs cant get enough and want to bully the playerbase more into buying their overpriced trash. Now with the economy changes, I think I will do the only good choice and never come back to this game. You served me well, but I don't want to play with you any longer. I would only come back if events were easier and fewer, and the economy was reverted, which will 100% not happen, so farewell.

Crashes when connecting to servers. Wanted to finally play through the entire game with the possibility of buying the DLCs but EA decided to not actually re"master" it but rather to re CTRL C + CTRL V the game and not fix anything that broke when trying this. Really shows again how little EA ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cares about anything but money. Refunding now after trying everything to fix it for 30 mins and seeing that it wont help and I probably am better off playing the ultimate box which I already own.

Incredible game. Can get boring after some time but if you like collecting and scavanging this game is pretty dope. If this had a smooth multiplayer you could make your enemies and friends suffer. 10/10
