I love this game so much. It is everything I've wanted and more. I hope we continue to get more & more characters, whether paid or free I do not mind, the game is worth every penny to me and so are all the possible expansions. There are so many characters I am (im)patiently waiting for :)

Edit: A full year later and I love this game so much more. It's so fun, cozy, encourages creativity, and is story-rich. Does it have bugs? Yes. Do they get fixed? It takes some time but yes they do. Is it friendly on the wallet? YES it is. Do not let people lie to you. This is one of the cheapest and most financially friendly games out there. A lot of the people who call it expensive have never played another live service game in their lives lol, and have no idea how expansions normally work either. You can earn moonstones (premium currency) just by playing the game if you refuse to spend money, which I understand, and the amount is generous. TRY IT FOR YOURSELF and give it a chance before you form an opinion based on what a small population of loud and delusional players think. The game's actually quite great.

This is by far one of the best Marvel games I've ever played. I cannot recommend it enough. It is extremely immersive and the gameplay mechanics are so fun. I also love the open world Mortal Kombat Krypt-esque style of exploration. I hope they continue to release content for this game even past the season pass dlcs, I am not ready to put it down. There are many other characters I would love to see in this game as well, if given the chance.

My most favorite game of all time.

I have very mixed feelings for this game. I enjoy the online aspect SO much, but at the same time I feel it's very lacking. They continue to add cool stuff to it, but it still feels like it could be so much more. I can recommend the game simply for all the fun I've had by myself and with friends. If I was able to enjoy it, many others would.
If by some chance a dev sees this review, please add nicer hairstyles and hair textures for characters, and fix how hideous the character's face is. It is ridiculous how ugly player-made characters can be on a game like this.

Worth every headache.

If I had to drop every single game I play and only play one game for the rest of my life, it would easily be ESO, without hesitation.

Dare I say this is one of the best games ever made?

This has become such an incredible game. The game redeemed itself far beyond expectation, and continues to get better.
