Great ghost hunting game with unique mechanics which is not desperately trying to be as scary as possible but has very nice scary elements to it. Also devs are constatly improving the game and it seems like they are listening to community which is quite rare nowadays.

Very fun to play as Co-Op

Great game! But it diesn't require that much powerful PC.
Yes, it is said that you need at least 12GM RAM (minimum) yet I was able to run it on 8GB of RAM. Parts I had in my PC: Intel Core i3 8100; Nvidia GTX 1050 TI; 8GB RAM and 1TB SSD. Yes, it was lagging when you walked into caves but most of the time it was running smoothly on medium/high quality.
It is a great game to play with friends (or solo) even though it's still not finished yet. I highly recommend.
