First of all, I always prefer to play on the PC than consoles for obvious reasons so personally I don't actually have any experience with PS4 or Xbox controller aside from the PSP that I owned.

The handle feels neutral and, despite its look, does not feel over-sized nor too too heavy. The touch-pad is responsive and this is coming from someone that used a Logitech G7 with 5700~6000 Dpi for gaming.

I have a wireless keyboard that I use while playing games on my bed and, with this new addition, I was able to get rid of the chunky keyboard and free up my left hands to do more work (if you know what I mean). On a more serious note, this controller enable me to be a pro Rocket League player with smoother control and generally not suck as much as I did before playing with a keyboard.

TL;DR: If you are PCMR and want to know what handling a controller feel like, Steam Controller is definitely a great pickup!
