I had never eaten at this fine establishment before and was thoroughly overjoyed by my experience. Upon my entrance I was greeted by an amiable African American waitress as well as about a dozen other enthusiastic members of this minority demographic. Over the course of the next thirty minutes I devoured two angelic waffles—soft yet crisp. Moreover, I was accepted socially by the African American coherent sitting next to me. Befriending these darker skinned individuals is morally equivalent to attending a predominantly African American house of worship. Therefore, all of my utterances can no longer be perceived as racist. My thoughts are no longer limited by the lack of melanin in my epidermis.
