It's ok I guess

Alright, where do I start..

• Sound - 10/10 - Nothing even compares to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ youself because there was an explosion right next to you. Everything sounds so realistic and just plain awesome. You have to experience it for yourself to understand the quality.
  
• Gunplay - 8/10 - It can feel a bit clunky a times but overall, this is the 2nd best I have ever experienced, only beaten by PUBG. Recoil feels good, but Jesus will be back before you are ready to shoot when scoping in with a bigger scope.
  
• Movement - 5/10 - Just like guns, it feels a bit clunky, especially in the hardcore-coop mode (but that's the intent so you can't really shame them for that). It feels a bit fast to be realistic. Also, vaulting is pretty broken.
  
• Game modes - 7/10 - Contrary to what most others think, I actually dislike the firefight mode, it just feels stressful to play, compared to checkpoint, for example. But you have everything you'd need IMO; checkpoint, firefight (basically CP), co-op against
  bots (they can be really difficult), solo w/ bots and competetive.
  
• Performance and Graphics - 5/10 - It looks good. But it also doesn't run well. On my gtx 970, I can get 70-100fps on medium, with dips below 60.

I'm bummed that the planned campaign was cancelled, but there is still new stuff coming to the game. In just a month, we've got 2 maps and several weapons. Player numbers are a bit low, but this isn't Activision or EA making a game. Before 1.2, there was 1000ish players online and after the update, I've regularely seen player numbers over 2k. This game has some bugs, most what I've seen is that the scope isnt working properly but nothing gamebreaking what I've seen.
Overall, this is a solid game. I reccomend this to anyone that seeks a solid FPS that's a bit different than CSGO or r6, and is also fine with some bugs and sub-par performance. 9/10

Bought it just to discover that epic games store gave it out for free. But unfortunately they started with exclusives and sending data to china, so maybe I will buy it here on steam to support the devs instead of having a bit less legal copy of the game to bypass EGS.

Ok, enough ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and onto the game.
I can't stress enough how good this game is. The gameplay reminds me a bit of Minecraft, but at the same time not at all. You craft tools and vehicles that help you around the world and find crafting recipies by scanning fragments of whatever you need.
The underwater world combined with the sounds makes this game extremely immersive. I plan on buying a vr headset just to play this in vr - it's so good. 11/10
The graphics are awesome and moderately easy to handle. I can play at 70ish fps maxed 1080p with gtx 970. However it dips during the night when I use my flashlight to around 40-50fps. And the lighting in deep caves can be weird sometimes. 8/10
The story in this game is the only bad thing I can come up with. Trying to not spoil too much, you search after destroyed lifepods and then go down deeper in the world to try find a way to escape the planet. It's pretty grindy so I'd give it a 5/10.
Overall, this game excels best in it's immersion so if you like those games, buy this. You won't be dissapointed.

its good i guess you just play for a while and then realise you went through 2 chapters and 3 hours has gone by.
But I wouldn't praise it as much as everyone says - it's still a 15 year old game. Pick it up on a sale for cheap (which probably half the earth's population has done by now) and play it a year later or whatever.
