Alheira com grelos na broa :D

Ingredientes:
1 molho médio de grelos
1 broa (cerca de 600gr)
3 dentes de alho
2 dl de azeite
1 alheira de caça
Sal q.b.

Preparação:
Passo 1:
Limpar e lavar os grelos. Colocar ao lume uma panela com água e sal e quando ferver adicionar os grelos. Depois de cozidos, escorrer e picar os grelos.
Passo 2:
Ligar o forno a 180ºC. Cortar a parte de cima da broa (como se fosse uma “tampa”) e retirar o miolo do interior de modo a manter a parte de fora inteira. esfarelar o miolo da broa e reservar.
Passo 3:
Descascar e picar os alhos. No tacho colocar o azeite e deixe alourar o alho.
Passo 4:
Adicionar a alheira sem pele e cortada em pedacinhos. Depois de fritar juntar os grelos picados e o miolo da broa. Envolver bem.
Passo 5:
Colocar a mistura dentro do interior da broa e levar ao forno até ficar bem quente. Retirar e servir imediatamente.
