I played Black Mirror recently, just at a time I was having a strong adventure itch and I loved it. Played Black Mirror 2 afterwards and now playing Black Mirror 3, taking it slow in order not to finish it quick and enjoy this one-of-a-kind adventure series longer.

The setting, atmosphere, places, art style, characters, story, dialogues, how the game plays as an adventure, these are all done masterfully in my opinion.

Happy to have come across Black Mirror, as I am sure it will be a story I'll come back to enjoy again and again in time.

I enjoyed Opposing Force as much as I did Half-Life and Blue Shift and wished that it just continued.

More of Half-Life (awesomeness), what else can one want?

More than an expansion pack, this feels more like a side quest/task, which will take a few hours to finish depending on how fast you progress. Took me 5 as I took my time and explored every corner in detail. Wish there were more packs like this, with side stories in the Half-Life universe.

Half-Life is not only the best FPS I've ever played, but one of my few top favorite games ever. Played it first in 2000 and more over the years. My last play through recently felt even better.

It starts with a great setting, and it keeps getting better and better. Just when it feels it's come to an end, it opens a new "dimension". Great story, great atmosphere, great level design, great voice acting, great sound effects, great gameplay mechanics (possibly the best in all those aspects).

Half-Life is no doubt the most influential PC game in my life.

This is the fourth adventure game I've played after Syberia, Syberia 2 and Black Mirror 1, and I can say that it's been a long time since I was dragged into a game -or immersed in other words- such as this. I open it planning to play one or two hours, but I find myself wanting to keep going. Then, eventually it ended, and I wished it didn't. The first game in the series, Black Mirror I was also a great one, and I loved it a lot, but honestly, it did not grab me like this one did.

Amazing music and ambience, and love the voice overs too. I can see myself re-playing this every once in a while, when I'm in Black Mirror mood.

This is the first time I am playing a game of this kind (isometric step-by-step adventure/puzzle) and I loved the concept. Especially the last couple of levels in The Mirror of Spirits where you control Lara and her mirror at the same time.

The levels start easy and grows in difficulty as you progress. And I have to confess there were many levels I had to use the hints, hehe. So, if you like Tomb Raider and isometric puzzle games with some nice challenges, definitely give this a try.

I like the art style and relaxing music a lot. I like that how you can play it peacefully, without worrying about any time constraints or needing good reflexes or having to target that 1 cm edge to jump to. And it has good replayability too. Wish there were more games of this kind.

Thinking of it... I can't even remember when I played my first GemCraft game, surely it was over a decade ago. And since then I've played every single GemCraft game for a combined hundreds of hours here and on other sites they were published.

It's highly possible GemCraft (Chapter One: The Forgotten) was the first tower defense game I've ever played and even though I've tried many tower defense games over the years, GemCraft kept being my favorite and strengthened its place in my heart. Because for me, no other tower defense game compares to it in what GemCraft achieves. And I am sure any other GemCraft fan would think similarly.

If you know what I mean, there's a GemCraft itch, that no other game can scratch when it comes and you find yourself playing GemCraft again after a long time, for hours and days once again, like you've just started.

Graphics, music, sound effects, game mechanics, RPG elements, story... they're fantastic and never-before-seen in your typical tower defense game. And it is made by one person, who I am happy to have met (in conversation). I can't thank him enough for giving us the GemCraft series, which will always be my favorite tower defense game and among my favorite games in general.

Thank You!!

I didn't know Tomb Raider had a platform game of this kind until very recently and I am so glad I learned about this. Had a lot of fun playing it myself and watching my nephew play :)

Even though it's a platformer, it feels like a Tomb Raider game, with cool and atmospheric temples to explore. I like the places and challenges a lot. I see myself coming to this from time to time in the future as it has good replayability. But surely, I'll first continue with the second game in the series (Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris).

I did not care for cosmetic or character DLCs but I played challenge DLCs too. They do not add to the story but if you like the base game then you can get the DLCs when they're on sale to experience those new challenges.

Like the first game, this one's end also brought tears to my eyes...

I was not really into adventure games till I played Syberia (1 and then 2, onto 3 now). And even while playing Syberia, I kept looking for "games like Syberia", or "good adventure games". This is what a good game does to you.

Syberia (1 and 2 can be considered as one same game split in two parts) is a great example of what games should do: They should take you to places and embark on an adventure that just keeps getting more and more interesting, putting you spiritually into a much different atmosphere.

The last cutscene made me cry...

[MIGHT BE SPOILER] I'm just looking forward to / working towards my own moment of leaving all the shiny nonsense of this "modern" world behind and set sail to a neverending adventure.
