Again, how is it "racist" , when these are the facts?

Most black people in France are of African immigrant origin, and growth from 2010 to 2017 made it one of Europe’s fastest-growing countries.

how is it racist , if it is true??? Tell me something , if there are enough facts,showing that engineers, doctors and lawyers from africa (it's a joke if you don't get it , there aren't any engineers, doctors or lawyers) are mostly doing the crimes in your country , is it actually racist?
For an example, if I tell a guy who's 150 kg and 160cm tall "you are fat" , am i the bad one , or am I saying the truth?
