I liked the first Space Marine. I like this one even more. And I'm glad it gets more and more support as time passes. I hope Space Marine 3 keeps up with the standards, because I'm more of a Space Marine guy rather than a Gears Of War guy.

Great game. With amazing gunplay and movement. Plus, a fantastic soundtrack that includes some of my favorite singers.
So why I do not recommend it? Well, The Outsiders, the studio behind the game, is shutting down.
Thank you, Funcom for screwing them over. Very smart decision. /s

I've been playing Battlefield since the 1942 entry, aka the original. BF1 should be considered as one of the very best in the series so far in my opinion. The Operations mode is as good as Bad Company's Rush, if not better.

Dropping a review before it gets the long awaited remaster: I've put a lot of hours into that game back when I had it on disc and it's my favourite Elder Scrolls game to date, mostly because it was my proper introduction to the series, but I genuinely think that it has some advantages over Morrowind and Skyrim, those being the guilds, the side quests and the spell crafting. Plus, the main quest had some really epic moments that are probably some of the most important in the series lorewise. And I like the design of the Daedra. Some of the most distinct demons ever created for a videogame as far as I'm concerned.

Splitscreen is campaign only. If you're looking forward to play couch co-op with your buddies on horde mode and escape, look elsewhere.
It baffles me how Microsoft and Coalition screwed up something this basic.
If E-Day has the same issue, I won't buy it.

One of the main reasons I got a PC for modern games.
Doom's 2016 installment is a phenomenal shooter. The gameplay loop is incredible, the enemies are well designed, the guns are amazing to use. Hell, there are actually good boss battles in this game, which is a rare thing to happen in FPS games. Levels, music, easter eggs...everything is so well crafted.

Wolfenstein The New Order is basically a WWII take on shooters similar to Half-Life. And that's a good thing.
It also is a big contributor for why single player old school shooters have become so popular again these last few years.
Both story and gameplay are very engaging. The combat is gory and satisfying. The stealth elements are well implemented. Some levels are really memorable in terms of design and aesthetics. The characters are well written, from B.J. himself to the supporting characters and the villains. The soundtrack is great also, with the track "Ransacked" being my personal highlight.
It has aged very well. So, yeah. Highly recommended.

One of the most satisfying third person shooters I've ever played.
Even though the campaign isn't that long, the content within it is almost all killer no filler. Almost. The last encounter could have been designed better. The rest of the levels and combat scenarios are well paced. Both shooting and melee feel good to pull out.
PvE and PvP are also worth checking out. I'm terrible at these modes to be honest, but I kept playing to get the unlockables I'd like to grind for. The game has plenty of unlockables from weapons, perks and armor, so it can be really rewarding if you happen to have a good session.
I also tried to get local co-op running via Nucleus Coop, since it supports the game, and it works with two controllers.
Feel free to check the game out now that Space Marine 2 is trending, I'll get the sequel during holidays. Until then, I'll stick with the original.

Until I manage to play the sequel, this one will certainly do. Because it's good. Very good I might add.
Never thought I would have over one hour sessions playing a twin stick shooter of all things, but here I am.
Great enemy and weapons variety.
The use of strategems makes for an excellent gameplay loop.
Its style and sense of humour add a personality that makes it a standout.
Recommended.

This right here was my most anticipated game ever since it was announced back in 2021. Happy to say that not only did it live up to my hype, but, in my eyes, it has surpassed its inspiration, that being Jet Set Radio.
Excellent level design.
Flawless gameplay and controls. Movement, tricks and graffiti can be pulled off smoother than ever.
Amazing soundtrack and artstyle.
Engaging plot and with a good variety of gangs and characters that you're gonna face.
Decent colectathon elements with lots of unlockables, from graffiti designs to music and outfits.
I honestly cannot find more words to describe how good this game is. In fact, I don't know why more people haven't played this game yet. If anything some people need to get their heads out of their butts about the whole "gAEmS tOdAY sUcK" subject that has infected a big part of the internet and check BRC out. Except if they really like drama so much over playing actual good games that is.
It was the first game I bought after me getting out of the Youtube gaming bubble and I'm never looking back.
Don't listen to people who want to ruin the hobby for everyone else. Find games that will make you happy. Because that is Bomb Rush Cyberfunk for me: a game that makes me happy whenever I boot it up.
