I mean, I have 1400 hours in the game as of this review... I think the games great. It's an amazing example of a long standing MMO that's succeeded after failing. Shadowbringers is honestly one of the best expansions in my eyes, that's released in the last like 15 yearsish. Wrath of the Lich King was probably the last good MMO Expansion to be released IMO. Followed by maybe Legion in some cases. But all of FF's Expansions have been great, it's a big grindy, but if you look past that, and get into the story, you'll be rewarded with an amazing experience.
