I think he's lying about some of his achievements. For example, in ADOFAI he unlocked every achievement at once which is impossible, and in Disfigure he supposedly unlocked the laser catalyst and beat hard mode with it in the same minute. It takes twenty minutes into a run for the third boss (the one you beat to count as winning a run, however there are two more bosses afterwards if you choose to continue the run) to spawn and you can't make it spawn faster.
