If we're talking the game itself, it's phenomenal: simple and easy to learn, hard to master, and allows for tons of fun along the way.

Where the negative review comes in though is that this is a "free trial" of a game. Had it just been a flat price, I'd pay for it. However, it's $5 a MONTH, or $35 a YEAR. Insane, not even told you're gonna eventually pay but then have to pay those obscene prices as a SUBSCRIPTION?

Just can't afford that for a measly free pool game, my dudes.

You're a box with a box cutter. Stab fellow sentient boxes. Be the sentient box with the most kills. Sit among your nonsentient counterparts. Simple.

Being a big fan of the RollerCoaster Tycoon series before it, I had high hopes for this game. Unfortunately, I did not realize the developers of the first 3 games, Frontier, did not develop this, but rather, the far superior Planet Coaster. But that didn't stop me from giving $50 to this game's Deluxe Edition. Needless to say, I was slightly disappointed.

Though some aspects of this game are pretty okay to me, the horrid frame drops that many have talked about after developing your park a bit really took the fun out of the game.

Ever since this game became bombarded with the justified negative reviews, the folks over at Atari felt the need to greatly slash the price. With the money I spent being an early supporter of this game, I could've bought either 2 copies of the Deluxe Edition; a complete waste of money, or Planet Coaster and some of its DLC. Now that Planet Coaster has shown it's worth, and being developed by the amazing people at Frontier from the golden days of RollerCoaster Tycoon, I can say to pass on this, and get Planet Coaster, or even some of the original RollerCoaster Tycoon games, as RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 is the same price as this Deluxe Edition.

Who knew a newer and supposedly more "advanced" version of a series would be cheaper than it's superior and more favorable predecessors?
