Thx man for replies, sorry for late, but after i move all SDK base-13 SP +MP to the same location where's the sourcemods, now it runs finely, but still i can't run the ghosting mod, i think i need to move the HL2 to the same location where All SDK, Sourcemods installed :D

Yes, actually that's very important. Usually Steam installs its own games (hl, cs, etc) in the same place. You can put other games elsewhere but I've usually found that installing the mods and Valve-produced games on the same drive is way way easier than scattering them on other drives. More importantly the mods and the games that the mods go to ALWAYS should be in the same location.
