Hi my name is Erik, Erik Selin to be exact. Founder and CEO of Fastigheter AB Balder. I would like to come in contact with the board of your apartment building as soon as possible. We're in a rush and somewhat close to a crisis. We have promised 500 new afghan refugees shelter and since you're already living in an afghan home, we hope you're able to help.
Our plan is to use your apartment building for a couple of months untill we can find something more suitable for them. But yours will be more than excellent for the time being.
