It's a fun game.

It's preety cool I guess.

Runs like ♥♥♥♥ and plays like ♥♥♥♥. BUT. BOY OH BOY. The game is immersive, combat mechanics are fun and challenging, buildpaths are varied, history is rich, characters are interesting and will make you want to replay the game/reload saves to get to know them better, music is great too, just lacks variety. Overall, once the game is smoothed out i'd say a solid 9/10.

I haven't played much, the design is nice and with preety good sense of fashion, aesthetically the game is great, music's a bit repetitive but oh well, also I'd say that the concept of using a rocket to launch yourself off as a boost makes it preety nonsensical since you can't really see where you're shooting sometimes, or will make essentials errors in your jumps. That of course is not a Designer problem, it's a concept problem, and it's made as fun as possible for the player. Over all I'd say it's good, and you'll enjoy it whoever you are.

I've never done a review before but oh boy let me tell you.

I first saw this game on the PS3, at a friend's. Boy my mind was blown. A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ magic archer? My small minecraft-Playing brain couldn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ take it man, I swear I fell in love with the game at that very moment. During my first playthrough on the PS3, I felt like I hadn't since I discovered TLOZ. The game was hard, i was enjoying magic, adventure, and a breathing, living, world. I bought this on PC since i never played dark arisen, and I yet have to play it thoroughly but oh boy, this game is Amazing. It holds up, and it's amazingly innovative in many aspects, as well as having a very fun but simple history at first that unfolds greatly and that absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ my 15year old brain at the time. I will never not say that this game is one of my Top 10 games of all time, and, if you're not convinced, just go look up this game's high level spells and such. This game is Great.
