Wonderfully challenging platformer, with a great story and assists to make the game accessible to everyone, regardless of skill level.

Controls are super tight, so you know it's your fault when you die, and you will die. A lot. Levels are hard, but fair, and death only moves you back to the beginning of the room you were in, so it feels like a lesson learned, not a punishment.

If you like platforming, I can't recommend this enough.

Update: It's almost December and this is still my game of the year.

Not a ton of replayability, but have some friends over and you'll get your money's worth out of the low price tag anyway.

Also, the soundtrack is fantastic.

Used to be amazing, but the devs seem intent on making it increasingly worse with each update. Avoid.

I wish I hadn't bought this.

It's not the paid mods everyone is up in arms about, it's the story. The game might be broad as an ocean, but it's got the depth of a splash pad. Go to place, kill things at place, come back from place. Go to new place, kill different things at place, come back from place. Repeat. The only thing that compelled me to keep playing this game as long as I did was being a Red Sox fan and wanting to see Fenway Park.

Bethesda clearly can't be trusted to make a good Fallout game. Please take control away from them before they destroy the franchise.

Not very long, but as a busy adult with many important things to do, that appeals to me.

Also hard to argue with the low, low cost of FREE. If you enjoyed Portal, this little gem will give you 30-60 minutes of solid fun.

Combines my favourite parts of Rust with my favourite parts of Minecraft. Lacks polish, but I've definitely gotten my money's worth.

The best way to play is to set up a server and work together with some friends to survive the ever-increasing hordes, but solo survival is definitely a fun challenge too.

Don't be put off by the Early Access label. If PVE survival crafting is your thing, there's plenty of value per dollar here even in its alpha form. It might not be finished, but it's a ton of fun as it is.

Everything I wanted the new SimCity to be, none of the bad things the new SimCity was.
