Early Access Review
If you're here for state of the art graphics, high FPS, or bugless gameplay, this might not be the game for you. This is a game that has a lot of glitches and bugs (it's a feature!), but also a lot of heart. And jump-scares. It's genuinely very fun with a group of friends, and while the clunky controls might be frustrating at the start, it does feel rewarding to keep playing. You will get better at it, and you'll start to learn ghost behavior. It feels worthwhile to spend your time in-game! Your heart will race, you'll belly-laugh, and you'll create inside jokes with your friends that will never get old.

Also, have a look around your safe room! There are some fun easter eggs.

This little game surprised the heck out of me. I went in blind, without knowing anything about it beforehand. I'd recommend this approach for most. There's only one ending, and a mystery sits at the game's core. I feel like knowing what's coming would spoil the emotional payoff of the game. The visuals were lovely and atmospheric, the voice acting was top notch, and I came away having really enjoyed it.

My girlfriend and I purchased this game to play together because of its representation of the original Nancy Drew book series. Secret of the Old Clock is the first in the series, and this game is set in the 1930s! What could be more fantastic than that? We really enjoyed this game, although it certainly wasn't our favorite one. The characters were not as strong as they could have been, but the mystery itself, while pretty straightforward and linear, was extremely fun and the puzzles were challenging.

I would recommend this game both to fans of the series and to those just starting out. A solid game, just not my favorite.

While not my favorite of the series, Castle Malloy has its own special kind of charm to offer. The puzzles seem overwhelming at first, and some of them are frankly illogical (and thus, difficult). However, Castle Malloy's atmosphere is enough to keep me coming back to this game. The score is fantastic, and I love the risks HER Interactive took with this game in terms of how the player is able to control Nancy. Some of the risks definitely paid off. Some didn't. But I'm so proud of them for trying new things.

I recommend this game for fans of the series, but wouldn't recommend it for someone who has never played the games before. If you're interested in the series, I recommend checking out Sea of Darkness, their newest game (which is beautiful and atmospheric and just... yes), or one of the older games, such as Treasure in the Royal Tower or Secrets Can Kill Remastered.

Curse of Blackmoor Manor was the first Nancy Drew game I picked up again after 10 years of not playing these games. I used to love Treasure in the Royal Tower as a kid, and I was convinced that I wouldn't still enjoy the games. Boy, was I ever wrong. Blackmoor Manor sucked me in with compelling characters, an intriguing storyline, and challenging puzzles. I even got my girlfriend to play it with me, and now we're once again avid followers of HER Interactive and Nancy Drew.

I highly recommend this game if you're curious about this series.

This is a great revival of the original Nancy Drew game. It's short and pretty straightforward, and to be honest there were a lot of glitches when I played, but the glitches were not enough to make me dislike the game.

I would recommend this to any ND fan, but especially to someone who is new to the series. It would be a fantastic introduction, and a gateway to playing the other 32 amazing games.
