This is one , if not my favorite roguelite/like.

To start it off this game has a bazillion items, some EVEN with my amount of hours in - haven't even seen them all yet.
The synergies go so hard...I'm talking binding of isaac synergies where all you see is colors and death and if thats not enough
to sell you on the game there is also like 17 way different weapons, different melee styles and like 5 different types of grenades..and the grenades and melee also get there own synergies to the point where you can just not use your gun and just blow through levels with nades or punching.

They also have a bunch of difficulty settings and if nightmare mode isn't enough you can add modifiers to make it harder kind of like the hades modifiers.

The game is just nuts..and they keep updating it, adding more enemies, levelss, weapons, and items.

I say if you even slightly like roguelites this is a must buy SSS-tier game.

And if you see this Noisestorm PLEASE keep updating this game and keep adding more items. I appreciate everything you've given us, I'd be happy to even pay for content at this point..and if you want any ideas I have a bunch of them ! :))

The game has a soliiiid and i mean solid base for game play, I have so many ideas how they can make this game one of the top roguelites in the genre. Wish i could communicate them to the dev team because i would LOVE to see this game have more features because it truly is a sick...and demented game, lol.

I think there needs to be a neutral review for games like this,

The game is good and does a great job with everything besides synergies.
I've played for a good amount of hours and I can guesstimate that I wont be playing enough to get to the higher stages unless I find out there is some new upgrades that are implemented that change it up.

I'm obsessed with roguelite/like games but when it comes to upgrades I hate to see a game do everything rite but just throw +10% DAMAGE, +50 MAX HP , +5 FIRE RATE. How about some more complicated uprades like +20% Fire Rate (But 10% chance your bullets orbit , or -60% Damage but you drop your Flamethrower beams behind you every 5s...I guarantee they can fix it, all they would need to do is add something like a new upgrade type that makes the game synergize with itself .

BUT for now it gets boring fast, for the price its worth a buy but don't expect much from this title yet especially if your a seasoned roguelite player. Give or take 3-10 Hours worth of fun

I cant stop playing or thinking about this game....help.

-If your lagging then refund the game until you can get a better pc...i have a mediocre at best computer and i don't lag.
The game is actually amazing..the only thing i can say is I never bought the older version of Ark so I don't have that "I bought this game twice" feeling so maybe my opinion doesn't matter.

I've got to give a thumbs up to this game - Mainly because of the way other players treat the game and how political and crazy it can get with taking over a server and taking down whoever has the shards. Made alot of friends and enemies on here - and also managed to get my girlfriend to get into the game also. The only thing I got to say as a downfall is I feel its missing - End Game content, In-Game Events, It also needs some sort of randdomly generated Dungeons or way to get some 0.0001% loot drops and maybe some loot you can only get from a dungeon or an In game event - so we can fight over it. Other than that - Superb ! <3

$30 is alot for a game like this, not that many mechanics- but I must say that for anyone who likes games like Edith Finch, or hardcore story driven - mind **** of a game this game hits - definetly worth playing and I don't feel that bad for spending the 30 but I'd say wait it out and see if you can get it on sale.
