First impression of the game isn't good. 67 minutes of waiting and looking at an Error window that says "Login limit reached. Please wait to be let in." If I hadn't received this game for free, would it even be possible to get a refund after the 2 hour window that Steam allows?

Update: 50 minutes of black screen and then PC crashed. I was hoping to at least play the game for 1 minute. Total of 117 minutes without a single minute even playing the game.
