Damn it's hard D:

At its current state it's fun for a few minutes, but then it's just too overwhelming.

Like fine, I get that it caters towards pro speedrunning gamers, but essentially you will get "mucked" (guess that's why it's called like that) no matter how good you are by the huge wave of monsters (if you didn't kill them) or by the ridiculous OP boss that 1 shots you no matter what.

It's hilarious, but also pointless in even trying, cause the game just wants to bully you. :/

I mean, it's not entirely a bad game, it just needs a few tweaks here and there to make it a great and playable game. :)

I wanna like this game, but I don't feel like I'm doing it justice if I just say it's "good" and call it a day. There are certainly things to improve & change. ;)

(I'll rewrite the review in a bit, it's a lot more complicated than I thought it would be)

Maybe not the most engaging game mechanically wise, but truly a work of art.

Never have I seen/heard a game use binaural audio & portray mental psychosis in such a believable way.

This game is a great introduction to his bigger brother "The Phantom Pain"!

Even though it takes around 30min-1hour to finish the main story, having extra missions & collectibles makes the game last way longer than I thought it would (took me 45 hours to get all the collectibles and the 100% achievement mark).

Super well polished game with great attention to detail.

Highly recommend at least playing the first mission before moving to "The Phantom Pain".
