I love democracy

The game is really bad, it represents free flash game quality. This is a result of:
- awful aiming that snaps at angles and ledges for no reason
- unresponsive movement
- enemies can still deal damage and shoot projectiles after death
- no descriptions on passive items, food or anything really
- merchants based around a food system (which is bad because)
- food system is extremely random due to being limited by RNG campfire spawns
- some bosses are BS with attacks that are not telegraphed
- invincibility frames are nonexistent
- enviromental dangers do not have knockback, which makes it possible to die in a single block of spikes
- healing is either extremely limited or redundant if you get a healing item
- the water weapon cannot be aimed and is therefore completely useless

This would be fine for a $1 game, which this game, unfortunately, is not. Do not get swindled by the preety artstyle, this is a burning trash heap.

A suprisingly good graphical novel, given my expectations. The translation is bad in some places, but not as much as some of the reviews suggest. For 9 cents it's a decent deal. The game will entertain you for about two hours, maybe three if you will read every pannel. It gives you a wide variety of choices that feel impactful: you control the situation even though it feels quite apocalyptic. The atmosphere is very eerie and the music is nice, it fits the feel of the game. The narration is well written, despite translation errors and manages to make you genuinely worried about the characters, even though some of their psychological portaits feel too shallow. Overall, it's probably a good deal for the regural price, and for 9 cents, just get it. Especially since you'll make the money back in trading cards.

This game will suck your time out and make your fingers hurt from smashing that attack button because obviously you hit harder when you press harder. And don't question the story this game tells in the background if sanity and peace of mind is what you like. Really, don't go deep into it. You'll never think of those poor Lemurians the same way you did before.
