It's a great game. The plot was good - if a little cliché and a bit obvious to the twist as the game goes on - and the gameplay itself is great, intuitive and easily followed.

The game is well worth the purchase at full price, and deserves a more fleshed out sequel and/or DLC.
A solid 9/10.

Early Access Review
It's a really, really great game.

It does however need a bit of work. For example, when closing curtains when flickering lights are enabled it doesn't actually dim the amount of light coming into the apartment.

But other than that, it's such a special game. One of the best detective games ever made, in my humble opinion.

10 on 10.

Probably my favourite game of all time.

The games basic premise, functionality and gameplay takes a lot from Uplink (my favourite hacking game after this), which is not a bad thing in of itself. It borrowed ideas and expanded on them, and executed it wonderfully.

The story is great (and unlike what some reviews state, there's a few paths you can choose) and the soundtrack is absolutely phenomenal, really ramping up and creating tension where needed.

The real meat of the game comes from the workshop mods, and there are some really brilliant mods there (there was a multiplayer mode in the works a few years ago that was really promising, but it might have fizzled out).

I will say that the DLC is well worth getting, it's probably better than the main game, and expands on main game gameplay really well. There's a good few workshop mods that rely on the DLC, so just keep it in mind.

Genuinely one of the best games you'll play. My 90+ hours playing the relatively short game is a testament to this.

10/10.

Just finished my first run through of Oxenfree. If it's been something you've been looking at for a while, but don't know whether to get it, **definitely** get it. I didn't expect it to hit me quite as hard as it did, and although the story has some twists and such, it's definitely.

[ I think I got it from Humble Bundle (the choice thing. maybe), but really check it out. It's worth whatever they're charging and more ]

I've only played Career mode, but let me tell you. It's fantastic! The driving has improved dramatically from 2017 (and the game runs a lot smoother than that game also).

Downsides is the amount of dlc, but look, there's nothing that important there, barring the two major ones.

Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

As a fan of idle games, Holyday City: Reloaded is one of the better ones out there. If you are a fan of the AdVenture series, you'll like this one, me thinks. It's an idle game without too much grind, which is a plus for it. Negatives are that it sometimes takes a day or so for some achievements to pop.

It's your normal clicker game, though I've ran into a few issues in response to achievements not popping, leading to multiple restarts. But it's good enough to keep me interested over 83 hours so far.

This interactive visual novel starts off wonderfully, but starts to slack off near the end. But as this is only 20% of the whole novel, I am really looking forward to the finished product.

RATING: 8.2/10
