The fact that you're reading this review means you are making a mistake. And that mistake is not buying this game right away. Among fighting games, Blazblue shines as a pinnacle, a total gem. The controls and playstyle are so smooth, and the characters and story are amazing. And if you're a fan of anime you will literally think you stepped into one the moment you launch the game, with the moan-inducing music and art style.

Nice game, until you realize that unless you are a youtuber who likes making Gmod videos or a frequent uh...."artist" on a site such as E621....you don't have much to do in this game.

UNLESS.

You spend money to make your own private server on which to play with your friends, and acquire custom maps and models to play with. Or go to public servers and donate money to use their models, which yeah we all wanna do that right?

Yeah, unless you're a srs artist, game not recommended.

Easy to understand, tricky to master, you will never be disappointed by this game, although you will be very often frustrated. But the number one plus? You can play it offline. Get it.

Good gameply, but vanity-wise you'll have to spend money to look good. Very hack-and-slashy and gets a bit old quick. Nice graphics though, and good range of characters to waste time on. Female models are quite nice~

A good all-around shooter for the competetive or casual FPS gamer. Fun collecting capabilities, but definitely not for young gamers.

9/10 Game. The retro, 8-bit style graphics are tickling, and the simple-to-grasp controls will have you jumping in and playing quick. Some parts are a bit tricky, and some of the fighting is luck, but worth the buy.

Hat Fortress 2, as it may now be known, is actually a good game. Good luck getting into it without spending money though. Beware of a butthurt fanbase.

If it is possible for a game to induce and orgasm, this would be the game. If you are big on your music, especially feeling it, this game will make your heart race better than any horror game on the market. 10/10 would play again, get it now. Also, don't be a casual. Yes, there is a casual difficulty.

Great graphics, fast-paced gameplay, and a good range of characters to play as. And the announcers are amusing as hell. Only drawback is the less-than-friendly player base, spent a lot of time arguing and swearing,weren't much help.
