Excellent puzzle game. The less you know about it, the better.

Since it uses language puzzles, you should be rather firm in english. There is no localization, and the game won't be easy to translate without changing some of the graphics/artwork.

Considering that this is a free mod, it is absolutely excellent. Commercial backing would probably have improved on the voice acting (a more convincing villain ...), but these are mere details.

It feels like Portal 1.5. Highly recommended.

Excellent technical execution - the presentation pushes all the right buttons. But gameplay goes stale really fast. After the 10th loop, you begin to ask yourself if you shouldn't write some code to automate the last bits of the game that don't run on forced autopilot. Then let it run on its own and go do something interesting. Most of the tactical and strategic choices don't seem to make much difference as well.
