I would think that Bushwacker would be more versatile and Redeye more situational but I have not played Bushwacker in quite some time so I cannot say all that well. I would be inclined to think that with Redeye you need your team to be able to perform half decently or you will get torn apart whereas with Bushwacker you would have more survivability.
