I played this game on the phone and loved it! Playing it on the PC doesnt have the same feel to it. I expected more options and interfaces on the pc version and was a bit dissapointed on how much it was the same. There are minor differences in the PC version but none that are worth mentioning.

Also another issue I have with this game is that, it is a time table game, so you only have X amount of time in the game to see how far your company can go and see how high you can raise your score within that time frame. They do allow you to play past that time frame but to me it just wasn't worth it and that factor just seemed to ruin the game for me.

At least hose are my thoughts, others I know really enjoy the game. I simply suggest trying the phone version before jumping onto the PC version. I got everything I needed out of the Phone app and the PC game just seemed a little overkill.
